Read the Waismo Privacy Policy for the separate local-device, account, Ask Waismo, public-content, support, and social-page data flows.
Remove data stored on your device
Use the app's available tracker or local-data deletion control to clear records handled by that control from the active guest or signed-in device scope. This can include card, debt, payment, planning, saved-promo, and reminder records. It does not delete your Supabase account or server-held records.
Signing out is not deletion and does not necessarily erase local financial scopes. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local app data on that device, but does not delete server-held accounts, consent/usage/report records, correction reports, support messages, provider logs, or copies exported to another app.
Withdraw online Ask Waismo consent
Where the online assistant is available, use its consent control to withdraw permission for future online requests. Withdrawal stops new consent-gated requests but does not itself delete existing consent history, usage or abuse-report records, provider security logs, or copies outside Waismo's control.
Request account or server-held data deletion
Current mobile builds do not provide a verified end-to-end server-account deletion action. Do not rely on an in-app local deletion control to delete the cloud account.
- Email [email protected] with the subject Waismo Data Deletion Request.
- Identify your Waismo account email or the support, social, correction, consent, usage, or report record concerned. If possible, send from the account email.
- State whether you want the account or specified server-held information deleted. Remove local tracker data on each device separately.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, CVVs, or identity documents in the initial email. Proportionate verification may be required to protect the account from an unauthorized request.
Scope, retention, and limitations
Account/authentication records, consent and usage records, correction reports, support messages, and social-page records require separate handling. The reviewed services do not define an automatic expiry for every record type. Requests must be assessed against the records held and necessary legal, fraud-prevention, security, and backup constraints.
Waismo cannot promise immediate erasure from provider logs or backups outside its direct control. We will explain material limitations identified while reviewing a request. No fixed completion deadline is promised on this page.
Apple, Google, and Facebook connections
You may revoke Waismo in your Apple ID, Google Account, or Facebook app settings. Revocation can stop future provider access but does not itself delete the Waismo/Supabase account or records already held. Contact Waismo separately about those records.
